Staging preview
This build is for review and testing. Existing-account login and new cloud project saves are available for testing. Production charges, refunds, cancellations, trial activation and subscription creation are disabled. A restricted, isolated Square Sandbox page supports test subscriptions only; no production Pro entitlement is granted. Opening the workspace does not purchase a plan or start a trial. Availability of local preview tools does not grant a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing
All prices are USD. Quarterly Pro costs $18 every three months. Annual Pro costs $59.99 each year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Production checkout requires separate activation and affirmative customer consent.
Limited Time Offer – Beta
The first 20 eligible paying customers may receive the first three-month period for $9, followed by $18 every three months until canceled. One promotional redemption per customer. A promo entry does not reserve eligibility. Availability must be confirmed before checkout. This staging page does not guarantee remaining places.
Trial, cancellation and refunds
The seven-day barcode-only trial requires verified email, no card, and does not automatically become a paid subscription. One trial per account. QR, CSV, Smart SKU and other Pro features are excluded.
When connected billing is available, cancel the next renewal through your account and wait for confirmation. Pro remains available through the paid expiration date. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
Your first paid subscription payment qualifies for a full refund requested within seven days, including the $9 beta payment. Renewals and later purchases do not begin a new automatic refund window. Eligible requests are intended to be processed through Square; pending refunds are not completed refunds. Confirmed refunds end the access supported by that payment. Contact support if account tools are unavailable. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Your data and labels
You retain rights to content you provide and are responsible for permission to use it. Verify text, dimensions, barcode readability and printer compatibility. Print and scan a test before a full batch. Internal SKU barcodes are not GS1-issued retail identifiers. SKUMerch is not a complete inventory ledger or live POS synchronization service.
Keep backups of projects and exports. Browser data depends on your browser and device. Continuous service and compatibility with every printer are not guaranteed. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content.
